Humble Beginnings
Andy's journey didn't start in a boardroom—it started stocking shelves. Growing up in the grocery business, he learned the value of hard work, customer service, and treating people right from an early age.
At just 26 years old, Andy took a leap of faith and purchased his first grocery store in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. That single store grew into four, and his success earned him recognition as Small Business of the Year two consecutive years and a National Spirit of America Award from Congress.

Andy in the Community

Leadership Through Crisis
When COVID-19 hit, Andy didn't just focus on his business—he focused on his people and his community. He kept his employees on payroll and provided meals to those in need through his restaurants, turning crisis into an opportunity to serve—feeding healthcare workers, first responders, and struggling families across Middle Tennessee.
Governor Bill Lee recognized Andy's leadership, appointing him to the Economic Recovery Committee's restaurant reopening sub-committee. His company pioneered QR code menus and comprehensive sanitation protocols that became models for safe reopening across the state.
This is who Andy is: a leader who takes care of his people, steps up in a crisis, and delivers practical solutions—exactly what Williamson County needs.
